• Shipping window for Spring orders is from early April – late May.  Shipping window for Fall orders is from late September – November.  
• All products are shipped through FedEx Ground services.
• We strongly advise that you plant your trees/shrubs as soon as possible upon arrival. 
• Our trees are guaranteed to arrive to you fresh and healthy.
• Your trees/shrubs are guaranteed to leaf/bud out within one year.
